RETURN POLICY
General terms and conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after this time.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. It must also be in its original packaging, and the lot number must be clearly visible.
- In certain cases, a partial refund may be granted (if applicable). Items returned damaged, used, or incomplete for reasons not attributable to a product defect or WRAPFORD
- – are not eligible for a full refund.
A 15% restocking fee applies for returns of complete rolls.
- For special orders of full rolls, a non-refundable fee of £200 applies. This will be deducted from the refund amount in addition to the 15% restocking fee.
- If the return is for personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, no longer needed), the customer bears the return costs themselves.
Defects:
- A limited warranty applies against manufacturing defects as described in the technical product data sheet.
- Complaints must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- Send your complaint to support@wrapford.com with:
- a precise description of the defect
- Photos or videos
- the LOT number
- If approved, we will refund the full amount or send a replacement product – including shipping costs.
- Refunds may take time depending on your bank/credit card provider.
- If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider or bank
- If you still do not receive a refund, please contact support@wrapford.com.
